Arrangements for rostering

For the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, both full-time and part-time personnel are subject to the following rostering arrangements:

The fortnightly roster listing the regular working hours of each employee must be posted in a visible location at least two weeks before the start of the roster period. Unless an emergency arises.

Higher Duties 

An employee of Support Services who performs any higher classified duties for 2 hours or less will pay at a higher rate for the time spent performing those duties, and also an employee who performs any higher classified responsibilities for more than 2 hours will pay at a high speed for the whole day or shift performed at the higher level.
